We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. 

Returns

We offer our returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Three month guarantee on all of our pieces, so if any of your pieces tarnish, please email us with your order # and a photo of the jewelry item that needs to be exchanged!

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

Shipping

Please allow 72 hours for us to prepare your order and 5-7 business days for shipping. Sorry besties, I'm not Amazon Prime. 

We ship our items to you via USPS. If there seems to be a problem with your order being delivered to you or you think it’s lost, USPS is your first line of contact.

All jewelry is handmade by our team and sometimes we make mistakes! Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement. Thank you!
